Arrival and departure:
Please note the following arrival and departure times
Check in: from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival
Check out: until 12.00 p.m. on the day of departure

Number of people / occupancy:
The booking prices given in the PDF apply to a basic occupancy of a maximum of 4 people.
For each additional person (from 5th person, children from 3 years) a surcharge of €15 per day will be charged. Children up to 3 years do not pay a surcharge.
Please note the maximum occupancy of 8 people for the holiday home.

extra costs:
All additional costs are included in the booking price (electricity, water, heating).

pets:
The fee for a dog per stay is €50.
Please understand that we can only accommodate one dog due to the spatial possibilities.
The property is not fenced. 

final cleaning:
A cleaning fee of €50 per stay will be charged.
For occupancy of 6 people or more, a cleaning fee of 100 per stay will be charged.
Please note that this amount is only part of the total cleaning cost. We kindly ask you to leave the house in a clean condition.
